Friendly staff, helpful and attentive. Well-connected location, close to metro. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Grocery store and small shops nearby. Convenient for late arrivals.

The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The bed provided a comfortable sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near a busy street, yet noise is minimal when the windows are closed. The staff was always courteous and helpful.

The location of the hotel was not ideal as it was situated in a busy and noisy area. However, it was so close to everything that we wanted to see. We were just a stone's throw away from the bullring and right next to El-Carmen subway station.
The hotel lacked a bar or any facility to buy fresh tea, coffee, or light snacks.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center and close to public transportation. The room was spacious and very clean, with a big and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in the price. we were impressed with the high quality of service and the comfortable amenities provided.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The shower at Rafaelhoteles Ventas was amazing, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. the staff member named Luis at the reception desk was helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its really good shower and excellent service.
